- Enter your Home Zip Code before clicking the “Continue” button and proceed with the next steps.
Be aware that you are not permitted to create only one or two challenging questions. They cannot be repeated. Each answer can be as short as 80 characters.
The information you input when you register yourPaylocity Employee Account must be in line with the system used to you by the company.

How to Log In to Your Paylocity Online Account?

- Last 4 digits of your SSN excluding dashes and spaces
- Confirm SSN
- Home Zip Code
- Phone or Email associated with the Username
To reset your password, you will need to click the “Forgot?” link at the end of the password field and the following information.
- Company ID
- Username
- Phone or Email associated with the Username
Select the one you prefer from “Text” and “Voice” to get the directions. Make sure to check the reCAPTCHA box that says “I’m not a robot” and then click the “Continue” “Continue” buttons.
If the details you input match the information in the Paylocity account and your account isn’t closed, then a unique passcode will be emailed to you. Enter the 4-digit passcode in the field that is specifically shown by the computer screen.
Answer the login-related questions by providing the correct answers when needed then you’ll be redirected at Paylocity’s login screen.
